Warranty Information

Lamppost Banner Saver Warranty
Pactra provides a 5yr warranty on the Lamppost Banner Saver against product design, manufacturing and its wind-spilling capabilities as outlined in the Wind Test Report and as long as the installation conforms to methods outlined in our Installation Guide.

Within the warranty period, Pactra will replace or repair or provide replacement parts the Lamppost Banner Saver. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied for a period of five years from the date of original purchase.

Pactra warranty does not cover the following:
SHIPPING   - customer will bear all shipping expenses & import / export duties to
                      return the unit to Pactra LABOUR; associated with the removal or
                      installation.
DAMAGE    - by modifications, abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, corrosive
                      environments and any other abnormal service conditions.
WEATHER - in weather condition rated F-0 and wind speeds higher than 65mph on
                      the National Weather Scale.

All Claims on the warranty must have included with it:
PICTURE - Clear images of installation with fixings
CLIMATE REPORT - Weather Report for the month preceeding claim of issue

Recomendations:
Grease     - Grease Brackets in the socket and on the back washer every use.
Inspection - Inspect, tighten or replace banding, straps or bolts at quaterly intervals.
Remove   - Temporarily remove banners during storms and winds above 65mph
